    You can enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee, freshly prepared breakfast or lunch tailored to you specific dietary needs. If you prefer sun tea, fresh fruit smoothies or juices, just ask.     A soothing ambiance with melodic music is awaiting you in this quaint cafe nestled in the East Building of Kaiser Permanente, 43112 15th St. W., Lancaster, CA 93534.

Call ahead (661-726-2477) and you will have your meal waiting for you when you arrive. You, your family and friends are welcome to enjoy or freshly perpared menu items          Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM.

If you have a doctor's appointment and require a special meal, call at least two days in advance and your special meal will be prepared to your specifications. For your convenience, you can check in with the receptionist, let her know you prefer to wait in the relaxing atmosphere of Mama Vega's Bistro in the East Building, she will call for you at our bistro.

Meals are prepared without added sugars, low sodium and no hydrogenated oils.

Your meals are prepared Euro-style, "made-to-order" according to your specifications by Mama Vega's personally trained staff. You will be greeted with a smile.  After placeing your order, you  will be asked to be seated while your order is prepared and brought out to you on China with silverware and glassware.
