     Use ceramic and glass dishes for customers dining-in with us.

     Use local free-range eggs delivered fresh to the bistro.

     Use fresh locally grown organic herbs.

     Use locally grown produce,  Youngblood Farms, Bright Farms, Wheeler Farms

     Use locally harvested raw honey.

     Have created our own mulch and compost pile.

     Have begun our own organic vegetable and herb gardens.

     We recycle toners and refill cartridges.

     Pay bills online.

     Receive invoices and notices via e-mail or text messages.

     Shop using reusable canvas bags.

     Purchase environmentally friendly and sustainable products

     We recycle all glass, plastic and aluminum at a Granicy Square, a locally family owned recycle center that takes all plastics including household plastics (considered scrap plastics).
